I've had the pleasure and privilege to advise several of the
top Chefs in New York. I have succeeded in closing a lot of
business transactions in fine dining establishments, while relaxing
over a great meal. If, you take people out of their
 normal
office environment, and treat them to a wonderful experience, you
ultimately put them at ease and make it easier for them to say, YES
to a business proposition.
We don't pretend to be
Zagat's, nor do we want to be. Our reviews focus on why you should
go to a restaurant. We'll let you know what kind of crowd it
attracts, how well the food is prepared and served, whether you
should consider bringing your family, and what type of experience
you can expect if you're there to do business. Our aim is to accent
the positive. Thus, you won't find negative reviews, unless a
place has been thoroughly over hyped. We also frequent the
establishments we review on a regular basis, and will up-date
reviews if circumstances change.

*It seems owner Mia Fabius has
taken an investor, who also serves as the new Executive Chef. The
restaurant has been renamed, Petrus. To date, we have not been back
to review the new entity. It's unfortunate that the original Chef,
Manny Cruz, who exhibited such promise, was jettisoned in the
process. |
